What an awesome Halloween weekend! Ty was off school on Friday, so we took advantage of the afternoon to put together a Haunted House in the garage. This is a Halloween memory that will be treasured for life! We didn't buy a thing, Tyler just rummaged around the basement and the Halloween stuff and came up with a scary scene to be seriously proud of! My Trick or Treaters are growing up, but I love how they still enjoy the "Spirit" of Halloween...insert evil cackling Halloween laugh here! Ty went with the classic, Michael Meyers, while Kirsten was her secret pop star hero, Hannah Montana! Kirsten also colored a Buzz Lightyear costume for Spencer, which had us all watching Toy Story on Sunday! One of the neighbors hooked up a hayride and hit the neighborhood with all the kids. Very cute!
I love the time change too! Sunday went on, for what seemed like days. We hit the Halloween closeout sale where Ty grabbed a fog machine for half price...ready for next year! To try out his new toy, he filled the garage with fog to freak out his sister on her return home from work. What a great weekend, filled with plenty of tricks and treats.
