Maeystown Fruehlingsfest Antique and Garden Show

What a beautiful Sunday afternoon...fresh air and great FUN!

Maeystown - a photo montage of historic
village homes - created by Tony Carosella.

After walking around town, we took a drive down the country road where Jimmy's grandparents built their home years ago. As teenagers, we would visit their country home nearly every Sunday afternoon. They had a huge garden, and it wasn't unusual to have a Sunday dinner with nothing but fresh vegetables...NO meat! It was SOOOO good! Grandma could sure cook! We had to stop along the road and mingle with a couple of cows. The first one was happy to see us...smiling and wagging his tail. The second cow didn't like his dinner interrupted! You can almost here him..."what are YOU lookin' at?"
