Sunday 5K

Starr and I ran Sunday morning for her friend and employer who is a survivor of Ovarian Cancer. Families ROC celebrated their 6th annual Race for Ovarian Cancer this weekend. It was a wonderful run through Forest Park, starting and ending at the Muny. It could not have been a more beautiful, with sunny skies and cool brisk air.
