about the chalkboard...

i had been looking for a frame, junk picture, whatever. i had a size in mind. i found mine at hobby lobby in the clearance aisle. there was a piece of wood that happened to fit inside the frame perfectly. i suppose someone had a project in mind but didn't follow through...worked for me. i painted the frame, jimmy painted the plywood with chalkboard paint and there you go. our friend bob tied the cowboy knot in the bandanna. i shouldn't be using it for an eraser but i like it! chalkboard paint calls for specific chalk. i can't find it but sidewalk chalk works great and comes in a bunch of pretty colors and we have a boat load of it around here! i used a scrabble tile holder for the chalk holder.
