Attention Recipe Class...Updating

Best of the Bi-State Cookbook.
Here are some project details for those of you that are in my monthly recipe class. (there is ALWAYS room for more!) For the last couple of months, we have discussed plans and ideas for a group recipe book project. I wanted to outline the details here.

Theme: Best St. Louis & Illinois recipes
***Page size: 8 1/2" X 5 1/2" (This is an 8 1/2 X 11 paper cut in half) Please note size change. This is the correct size.
1/2 margin on the 8 1/2" left hand side
Back side CAN be BLANK (you can add more recipes or "junk" it up later)
Name/signature is a MUST!
Background story of recipe if you have one
Color copy is fine, feel free to add dimensional embellishments to color copies
If you own a Zutter, bring it to class
Number of participants: to be announced. (I would shoot for 40 or so)
Final sign-up date: Aug. 5 (this is when final count will be announced)
Class date: Tuesday Aug 19 10 a.m. or 6:30 p.m. Sign-up for class as normal, ONLY class list will be counted on Aug 5.
P.M. class would need to have their recipes delivered to FKS BEFORE the A.M. class on the 19.
