Yummy Birthday!

The fact that Kirsten was born on Valentine's Day has always been very special. My grandfather's birthday was on Valentine's Day. It is a day dedicated to love, a perfect day for my first child to be born. We were hoping for this birthday when we arrived at the hospital on that very cold Feb. 14th afternoon. Truth is, we barely made it. Kirsten arrived at 11:59 p.m! The problem with the Valentine Birthday, is trying to go out for dinner! The answer- make reservations! We walked in and went straight to the table with a party of 5! Right past the glaring, hungry diners, hanging out the door at the very popular P.F. Changs. Dinner was delicious. Kirsten was especially thrilled when she was treated to a banana split dessert, (her latest "must have") the evening was a success! Happy Birthday Sweetie!
